My Background
I’m Tiffany — founder of Life’s Empowerment Solutions, life strategist, and long-time advocate for people with developmental disabilities. Over the years, my background includes years of hands-on experience guiding individuals with developmental disabilities through life-changing transitions in Welland and through out the Niagara Region. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside more than 100 people as they build independence, develop new life skills, and move confidently toward their goals, through person centred planning.
My background includes years of hands-on work in Supported Independent Living and Family Home programs. I’ve walked alongside people through major transitions from moving out on their own, to learning parenting skills, working through relationships to navigating emotional growth.
I also manage a hobby farm in Wainfleet, Ontario, which keeps me grounded and reminds me daily that big dreams grow best when you nurture them step by step.
Life’s Empowerment Solutions is my way of taking everything I’ve learned — and all the hope I carry — and building something that supports others in doing the same.
My Approach
At Life’s Empowerment Solutions, we focus on planning with purpose and living with confidence. My approach is rooted in believing that every person has strengths worth building on — no matter their diagnosis or current situation. I work with individuals who experience FASD, ADHD, Autism, or mild intellectual disabilities, and I meet them where they’re at.
I create plain-language tools, life plans, and courses that feel practical and empowering. This isn’t about checking boxes — it’s about finding what matters to you, and breaking it down into real, supported steps.
I also believe that we grow together — so I support not only the people in our programs but also the staff, caregivers, and professionals who walk this journey too. If you're someone supporting others but also working toward personal goals, you're welcome here.
My Services
Life’s Empowerment Solutions offers a range of support, all grounded in strengths-based planning and practical skill-building. Here’s how I can help:
- Personal Life Planning – Person centred planning, Custom roadmaps for independence, parenting, or future goals.
- Emotional Intelligence Courses – A full series of plain-language workshops on topics like self-awareness, stress management, motivation, life skills development and communication.
- Parenting Support for People with Disabilities – Specialized guidance and skill-building for parents raising children while also working on their own growth.
- 1:1 Coaching – Solution-focused support to help you stay on track, grow your confidence, and reach your goals.
- Small Group Programs – With a focus on real progress and a maximum of 4-6 participants per group.
All services( fee for service) are designed to increase independence, build capability, and support long-term success — for both individuals and the teams around them. Located in Welland, serviving Welland, Port Colborne, Stevensville and surrounding areas of the Niagara Region in person.
