At Life’s Empowerment Solutions, we’re committed to working with agencies, not in competition with them. We understand the vital role you play in the lives of the people you support — and we’re here to complement that work, especially during times of transition, waitlists, or service capacity challenges.
Our Approach
We provide person-centered planning, life skills workshops, facilitation/coaching, and capacity-building services for both individuals and the agencies that support them.
While we do assist with Passport funding processes when needed, this is not our main focus. We are not a Passport processing agency — we are a service provider first.
Supporting People on Your Waitlist
If someone on your agency’s waitlist is referred to us, we are happy to offer support in the meantime.
During this time:
- The person remains connected to your agency
- We can invoice you directly for the services provided
- Our focus is on helping them stay engaged, build skills, and be ready for transition
Commitment to Smooth Transitions
When a person's name comes up on your waitlist, and they’re ready to transfer, we will:
- Promptly and transparently transition them back to your agency
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a smooth handover
- Honor the supported person’s choice, needs, and comfort at every step
Whether it’s an immediate return or a gradual transition, we always act in the best interests of the individual and with full respect for your agency’s role
